Hi all CDC's,
Just wondered if someone could answer what maybe a totally daft question...
I'm on 4 packs a day but have a few do's coming up that I want to still SS at. From my experience some far I get so hungry when I'm at a 'do' that I end up eating! Even though I've had all 4 packs! I really want to stay on track so just wondered what harm having an extra pack/bar taking me up to 5 in a day would do or would I be better having something to eat say a salad?
