training day was great BUT i used the day away as an excuse to binge!

what is wrong with me... hit my 1st goal of 10,7 and have struggled ever since.

can we all pray i shift some lbs and get under 10,7 for next wednesday weigh in?????

Don't beat yourself up or feel down...you have lost
That's so fabulous...in 13 weeks???... that's so wow!!

Use the last few days eating as a rev up to get your metabolism going and get straight back on ss for a few days to rid yourself of carb cravings.By next weigh in you should be back on target and have lost a fair few pounds.
