Not sure ... is it because you have water retention???

What are the ingredients??

For water retention it is best just to drink more water - regularly throughout the day and it eases it.
Yes for water retention, I had over 7litres yesterday, and nothing???
I have no clue of the ingredients, i threw the box and leaflet away...clever eh??
Funny i had bars and the beggining of the week, and I seem to be losing weight and water then...
I'm confused, when you say you drank 7 litres of water and nothing.... what do you mean? You are not passing water?
