Here is what i have lost so far:
Wk1 -10lbs
Wk2 -4lbs
Wk3 -2lbs
Wk4 -2lbs
I am happy with the progress so far. Enjoying the shakes, hate the soups and can just about make do with the bars.
Hoping i will be able to stick to it.
