My life has changed immensely in the last couple of months. I have taken on new commitments and lost my SW focus completely. All I have thought about is what's going in my life RIGHT NOW. I haven't been able to think about food properly because my brain has been buzzing.

I have considered taking target at my current weight. I'm in the healthy weight range and I'm feeling quite comfortable in my skin but I know I could feel better. So, I've decided to keep losing, although I'm not 100% sure where I plan to stop. Finding out I have joint damage in my feet has spurred me on to keep losing. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. It was originally thought I had a mild case but unfortunately, it's more aggressive than we first thought. The heavier I am, the more pressure on my already damaged joints. Although, I don't medically need to lose weight, I want to relieve the pressure on my joints as much as possible.

Although red days speed up my weight loss, they leave me starving hungry and it leads to bingeing. I'm going to try to focus on Extra Easy. I can't believe I'm saying this but I've had enough of cereal bars! :eek: I'm not craving the second healthy extra as much as I was. So, I will be doing some red and green but I will stick to as many EE days as possible.
