This morning I had a bowl of special k red berries cereal with my breakfast.the box says 1 serving is 30g of cereal and 125 mL semi-skimmed milk is 112 cals (around that,my memory is at a loss) I use skim milk tho, how many points for my cereal should I use? 2 points?

i just used an online points calculator
it says 3 points, which is with info from the box, using semi skimmed milk.
think its safe for me to put down 2 points as I use skim milk??

in the guide its 2 points for 40g. then add the value of your milk, if you have 1/4 pint that is 1/2 so 2.5 which is pretty good.

i dont really find 30 g that small, once you add 125 ml of milk it looks like a normal bowl of cereal to me? i dont use a very big bowl though
