On day 6 and done so well until tonight - I have just eaten a bowl of cereal cause I was ever so hungry and to be honest I wanted to eat something! Now feel horrible and wish I had not done it - hope I have not done too much damage!
Thanks Starlight - I guess I could have carried on eating and was tempted to be honest but managed to stop! I will forget it now and back on track tomorrow xx
Well I have done it again. On day 7 today and been 100% since the cereal incident and I have just buttered a slice of bread and eaten it!!!! What is wrong with me!! Lost 9lb aswell this week which you think would have spurred me on!
You are only human, we all slip up, try to remember that each slip up could cost you an extra week on this diet is it worth it? Also which would you rather have toast and a gain or shakes and a loss
