Well I have done it again. On day 7 today and been 100% since the cereal incident and I have just buttered a slice of bread and eaten it!!!! What is wrong with me!! Lost 9lb aswell this week which you think would have spurred me on!

Ask yourself how much you really want to lose weight. Are these little pickings worth hindering your goal in the long run? Xx

You are only human, we all slip up, try to remember that each slip up could cost you an extra week on this diet is it worth it? Also which would you rather have toast and a gain or shakes and a loss
