Well done Curly and Mrs V. I didnt weigh in yesterday but will try and get to another class sometime this week. Does this mean you'll have to set a new target Mrs V
 
I lost 6 pound at weigh in, over the moon deffo last week catching up as i expected more then!!!

Hmmm, perhaps try target of 12lbs. I am trying to be optimistic to loose more!!!

Hi Wobbly, that is right.
As I have reached it, I will try and go for a total loss of 12lbs for the duration of the first goal i.e 17th September. I know that I am aiming low, so that I won't be disappointed!! When I have overtaken the goal I have set, it really motivates me to stay on track! (If that makes sense?!)

Have you tried Fast Forward? It is quite drastic, but it's only for 1 week. You may not loose the 7lbs in one go, but you will loose a big proportion of it.
The Fast Forward plan is only recommended for 2 weeks at a time as it is quite restrictive, although you can eat things like bagels and chocolate fingers on it!!!
There is a thread on here that contains everything you will need to know.

I did it for 2 weeks a couple of years ago and lost 8lbs in week one and then 3lbs in the second, but it effects people differently.

HMMMM, Think i am going to have to give it a go, thing is, i love my food and wine!! probably why i cant shift these last few pounds!!

Have a holiday in Spain booked, we leave 2 weeks today and would love to have lost some by then, so keep your fingers crossed for me!!

Where is everyone? its been really quiet on here the last few days?!!
 
I was thinking the same thing!!
Probably due to the School Hols. I am going to Spain on 18th Sept, so want to try and loose a stone by then - we CAN do it!!
