Changing from CD to WW

Has anyone done this and if so what was your weight gain or loss for the first week?

I've been following the 790 plan now for a few months and I've managed to get down to BMI 25. I've still got a stone to loose and tbh I want to start eating normal food again. I plan on carrying on with the 790 till next Tuesday, then I'm going to switch to WW the following week - I'm in Paris for 3 days to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and theres no way I'm going to diet then :p

We're of to Turkey in august and I'm hoping to loose the final stone before we go - do you think this is acheivable with WW points? I'm going to use the online resource as I hate going to meetings

welcome to the WW section.

I did Cd and then switched to WW when got to my CD goal. I didnt put much on when changed over as did it gradually, moved up to the 1000 plan and then slowly started adding more foods.

Loosing those last few pounds is very doo-able on WW :D
