No. 1/2 on dunno why tho, I was showing a 3lb kiss on sat. I think it's because I upped my exercise And was really sore, maybe retaining water

Lunch: kippers (5)kiwi

Dinner: chicken curry and rice, pitta bread (8)

Snack: bar (9)

Snack: celery sticks and houmous (2)

Acceleration training plus loads of heavy lighting and building of wardrobes and cleaning

Never mind Charlene you'll have that off in no time. Its a constant battle to rid these last few pounds but we just have to stay focused & you'll get there.

I know it's so hard. I'm down 2lb today from weigh in so even if I keep it off for Tuesday x

After getting down to 8.9 on Saturday water weight has went back on because star week is due on thurs. ugh
