Breakfast: tomato soup and mango

Lunch: tomato soup

Dinner: piri piri chicken with spinach
 
I'm going to be having a break from slimming world for awhile

My trainer has chosen me to try a brand new fitness and diet plan that's had great results so far. I start my two week detox on Monday and then straight onto the plan. I'm excited about it :)

Juice plus. My trainer had been using there products but now they have released a new meal plan. So such be good
 
Yea gonna try and make a blog or something and take it day by day with before and after photos
