I've had carrot cake from waitrose and tortillas with dips.... And left the skin on my half of the empire chicken (which was delish!)

Feel a bit sick now so looking forward to getting back to it tomorrow :) Going swimming after work too xx

Lunch - Chicken sarnie (12 + HexB) & 7Up zero (Forgot to take my lunch in, great start! :D)

Not sure on dinner yet, got a busy evening!! And the cupboards are bare... :( No time to exercise this evening either grrrr. Lots tomorrow to make up for it!

5 weeks to my mini target - that's lose 8lbs... After this week I'm not too confident!! :'(

My IBS has been playing up today, which usually means a gain on the scales even when I'm good... :'( Might skip WI this week so I don't get to down hearted lol ;)

Day off tomorrow... Might spend it all working out!! Feel huge lol :(

Planning a slow cooked chilli for tomorrow, if make it hot enough it might burn some fat off :D

Can't believe how little time I have left to achieve my mini goal (8 lbs left til Christmas, assuming I haven't gained... Ha!!!) That's 2 lb every week from now on...

Husband has deserted me, no idea where he is or when he intends to return... So I'm starving which is always a bad thing :( I'm already beyond tired, if he's much later I'll just have a yogurt for dinner, no energy to cook much later :'(

I've decided to move my weigh day to Monday (I weigh at home) as I'm struggling to use my syns at the weekend then not have any during the week. I think I'll do better to limit my syns through the week then splurge what I have left instead, if that makes sense ;)

Weekends are my weakness and psychologically I think I'm personally better off to see where I'm at rather than keep playing catch up!!

So tomorrow I'm starting again, as it were, after a few crap weeks.

Also going to try some red days... Lots of fish, I hate most meat lol :D

Lunch - tired, grumpy & annoyed so sarnie & monster munch :'(

Dinner - Oven baked salmon, green beans, asparagus & cabbage

It's my new weigh day today so my syns reset tomorrow. Going shopping tonight to buy lots of healthy stuff & we have 2 weekends at home with no social events, so I'm back on it :D

My IBS is also playing up so there's absolutely no point in weighing tonight - it'll just be wrong lol. I can put on half a stone during an episode, so no point depressing myself!!! No idea what triggered it either, so just taking my meds & sulking ;)
