29th Nov (Day 29) Red

Brekkie - 2x Alpen Light (HexB), green tea

Lunch - Veggie soup (swede, celery, pepper, onion, garlic, carrot, leek & stock) with prawns - so yummy :D

Exercise - 1.5hrs stepping

Dinner - Jacket pot (HexB), tuna with chilli & onion, salad & salad cream (3)

Snack - Müllerlight, raspberries & banana

Snack - ham & gherkins

HexA milk in coffee :)

Can't believe after how bad I've been, how good I'm being :D

Hope I have the will power to keep it up!!

Day off tomorrow so going to go crackers on the exercise.

I'm the same!! I'm actually doing what I never do, damage limitation!! Gonna be bad fri and sat but im being really good now to limit the damage! Go us :) xx
 
Hehe! It's odd being good! ;) I'm going to attempt a reasonable weekend, I'm planing on staying in, which will probably mean curry & pub... :D

Got the mega munchies mid-morning, could have bought fruit in the shop, but I love Quavers (they only had giant packs though :()

Counting down to Christmas, I somehow doubt I'll hit my target of 13st... but I might be a bit closer, we'll see what Mondays weigh in brings :D

Really REALLY fancy a curry!! Gah. Will ruin my fantastic week surely? :(

Hmmm... May have to ponder syn count - apart from today I've been impeccable.

Although sneaky peak suggests a loss... Weigh in is Monday though so no doubt I'll wreck that over the weekend - so positive ;)

I know most advent choccy seems to be 1 syn... But I have a Lindt advent calendar, and aside from being super scrumptious they're quite big lol ;) So counting as 2 a pop!

2nd Dec (Day 32) Red

Brekkie - Alpen Light x2 (HexB)

Snack - Walkers crisps (7)

Lunch - Prawn & asparagus omelette & tommy sauce (1)

Dinner - Turkey steak topped with bacon & cheese (HexA), SW chips (HexB), green beans, tomato ketchup (1) (amazing meal, highly recommend, didn't feel like diet food at all :D)

AAAAARRRRGGGGHH!! Going out tonight (21st birthday party... I feel old!! But for a work colleague) So wine time it shall be. Yay. Too cold to go out! And I have nothing to wear :'( Gonna look like an old blimp with the undoubtably skinny girls around. Great.

Ok so I drank a bottle of wine (26) & ate some grissini (4). Still within syns for the week though ;)

That leaves me with 3 syns til Monday! I know technically I'm allowed 105 syns a week but I try to stick to 90 :D

Well I got stuck, starving with the only place to eat being a cafe in Dunelm! Rubbish :( So today's a failure & I've been invited out for a Chinese too. Why does life have to get in the way?!!!

Going to do loads of exercise today and have no syns (except the advent calendar ;)) today & tomorrow.

Weigh in is tomorrow so slightly terrified - as usual!

Just whipped up some Bloody Mary soup, which is 1 syn a pop (cornflour) but lovely ;)

Decided next weekend will just be soup too!! Lol.

Also going to majorly up the exercise this week, considering going swimming... If I have a cossy that fits :eek:

Got a STS for today's weigh in. Which is ok, considering ;)

I'm not sure how accurate it is though, my IBS has really flared up which can really effect things :(

And next week is * week... I've got no flipping hope of shifting all this by Christmas :'(
