I completely forgot to make a food diary when I first joined so I have a few days to catch up on! I'm doing the extra easy plan.

Wednesday 10th April

Breakfast - 2x Weetabix & Semi Skimmed Milk topped with Banana

Dinner - Sweet Chilli Chicken, salad (lettuce, carrots, cabbage, cucumber, spring onions) & 1 tbsp Salad Cream

Tea - Chicken stir fry with boiled rice, sugar snap peas, peas & sweetcorn

Snacks - pear x 2, two portions of strawberries, muller rice

Syns - Salad Cream 1, Sweet Chilli Chicken 0.5, Muller rice 10.5

Total Syns - 12
 
Thursday 11th April

Breakfast - Muller light yoghurt & a pear

Dinner - Scrambled eggs, two beans snap pots, mushrooms & 1 slice Hovis Best of Both

Tea - Grilled chicken, SW chips, salad, fruity cous cous & 1 tbsp salad cream

Snacks - Pear, grapes, banana, fruit salad (grapes, kiwi, strawberries, banana)

Syns - Hovis Best of Both 4.5, 2 tsp Butter 3, 50g Fruit cous cous 1, Salad Cream

Total Syns - 9.5
 
12th April

Breakfast - 35g Dorset Museli Simply Nutty & Semi Skimmed Milk topped with banana
 
Diary is looking great. I wouldn't say you were eating too much and your snacking on the right things. If you're still hungry then have more SF with your meals maybe but don't worry I think your food intake looks fine to me xx
