Cheat Day??

I think it depends on what kind of relationship you have with food...
For me personally, I've always had little self control and never learnt whats good/whats not. I was always rewarded with food as a child and it's a habit I adopted as an adult, which has proven incredibly hard to break. I've tried to teach myself that food is a necessity, so I only eat what I need to function. And after 4 years I think I've finally made some progress.
So for me, treat days or cheat days wouldn't work at all. It would just push me down a slippery slope into bad habits again.
