Dont be too hard on yourself, just remember how bad you feel now and next time something tempts you think back to tonight

Oh I know how you feel, I was at work (at a footbal stadium) and the smell from the hot dogs..

I scoffed two at the end (minus the baguette! so at least I didn't have carbs) and felt sick after, so I've failed at my first goal and I'm dreading my weigh in :cry:

Though my ketostix say I'm still in ketosis, so maybe I haven't done too much damage.

*Hugs* tomorrow's another day, try again :)

We'll get there in the end!

drink loads of water and you'll be in ketosis again before you know it. if you stop straight after the mistake you won't have done too much damage and will lose any weight you gained in water straight away.
