    GREEN DAY SUNDAY

    Breakfast 2 slices wholemeal bread (hb), 2 eggs fried with frylight,1 banana

    Lunch: rice and vegetable curry (potatoes, carrots stolen from a lamb curry containing 1 tbsp oil 6 syns :()

    Dinner leek & potato soup 2 slices of wholemeal bread (hb)

    Liquids glass of low cal squash, coffee
    snacks chocolate chip cookies 4 (14 syns omg :confused:)
    chocolate & fudge alpen bar 3.5 syns

    total syns 23.5

    As you can see I syn too much. Plus no healthy a's. should try snacking on free foods instead.
