Thank you for your encouragement - I really do need it. I find it hardest feeding my 1 and 3 yr old their meals whilst I'm slurping my shakes. I did today have the soup for the first time which made a nice change from 21 strawberry shakes in a row!

nicky well done, i had 21 strawberry to and took sum back yesturday and swapped them for some choco, the choco one not to bad so am keeping that one for my last 1 at night. :) i cook for my 2yr old and 7yr old and is very tempting just to pick at their food, but just got to think no i want to be slim. be strong:)
