Hi Hun,

Food looks lovely today!

I often think if I was single I would be skinny oh is always persuading us to have something naughty for dinner but when I am on plan I try make my own meal healthy- well done to sticking to your guns.

Great resolutions, I'm the same with the losing and regaining half st, hopefully we can both break that cycle x

I totally agree. If I was single there wouldn't be any chocolate, all meals would be easy and I'll probably get more sense out of myself lol x

I'm really chuffed with myself for yesterday. There was several occasions where I thought 'fekk it, ill come off plan today and restart tomorrow' This was all because I wanted to binge on naughty foods. I think it's a throw back from the christmas eating madness and just felt like I was missing food.

I just reminded myself my promise and that way of eating isn't 'normal' or right

Thanks hun. It's crazy how our subconscious can give us a get out clause lol last night I felt like I had a split personality ;)
i had that New Year's Day and a moment of Buck's Fizz madness. I then phased it to hubby to finish but my tummy exploded making me look ready to drop a baby:( oh that's why I don't drink lol
 
Wish i could say same but yesterday i totally ran out of energy (got cold) so mum got us something from chippy :( Got brisket in slow cooker for dinner :) looked on scales and gained 2lbs so hopefully will get it off by Thursday x gonna take a leaf out of your book and make some resolutions for myself :)

Breakfast - 2 crumpets and 1tbsp of Lemon curd

Lunch - Ham Salad Sandwich

Dinner - Homemade Lasagna

Well on it today, had my choc fix yesterday so from now till Thursday im planning on staying on it 100% & making good food choices :)
 
Been a busy little bee today. Seems I've got the spring cleaning bug lol but I've been doing all them jobs you never get around to doing because you're always spending time cleaning the main rooms.

Hubby also asked if I could make sausage rolls which I did lol I've had the smallest one (which weighed 37g) so I've worked out to be 2pp

Ooo those sausage rolls look very nice :) x i got butternut squash soup on go ready for tea and then rest im freezing :) have seen EE SP 7 day menu online so gonna base my shopping online next week around that :)

Good luck with the new plan. I'm really intrigued by it. I'm going to borrow my friends books and might apply it to the F&H

Im gonna look at what meals it suggests and adapt accordingly for any i might not like lol xx
 
Phew just sat down properly. I've been cleaning all day! Because i have been at it all day I am going to claim Activity Points lol

I'm going for 2 hours, low intensity and get 6 activity points...Yay :)

Thats good x got a very mardy daughter thats gonna end up in bed lol
 
I've been doing the same today. Husband and I made a start clearing the dreaded garage out. He only does something when there is something in it for him and I suspect he wants to turn it into a gym! Anyway, I have been humping bags of coal from the garage into the shed, doing runs to the tip, sweeping the place out, cleaning some of the windows indoors (not all, one step at a time!) on top of the usual housework.

Husband did cook a roast today and the only "naughties" were the roasties (2 big ones) and roast pork (to die for) which I cut the fat off. I think it would be fair to negate the fat consumption with the AP's.....
