Saturday:  Loooong work day!  Porridge and dried fruit for breakfast.  Veggie chilli with sweet jacket spud and salad for lunch.  And a portion of ratatouille with wholemeal pasta and salad for tea 
 Lots of fruit for snacks.  Still hadn't had enough syns so had to force myself to have a funsize Caramel.... woe is me 
  Still got a crap load saved even after taking off all the ones I would have saved
