Hello there,
Extra lite Philly is a tolerated item, so not ok on attack. 30g maximum per day thereafter and best not if weight loss slow or stalling.

probably have to wait for the others ....butI have known it to be tollerated if not stalling ...suppose it depends on how strict we are being

The rule for tolerated items is for the cheese not to be over 7% fat, then no more than 30g per day, and count as a tolerated (and cheese packagings in France obligingly put the percentage for us!). I can't figure out the fat percent in those Lite babybels from that label though...

Babybel light not acceptable I think it's 12% like most 'light' and 'low-fat' hard cheeses, it's still way too much.
