Step 3-

I cannot stand cottage cheese. Can we have any other for at all with our evening meal? I am craving baked potato, salad & would love 40g half fat mature cheddar? would this be allowed? maybe once a week?

Sorry I can't advise as I'm not a big cheese fan so I can't say if it made a difference to eat it on step 3 or not. Never tried cottage cheese but I know I couldn't eat it just by the look of it - turns my stomach lol. I apologise for my wholly unhelpful post xx
 
Well I'm sure I read that ur really close to goal so I can't see how a little of what u fancy will do u any harm occassionlly. Maybe see how many calories are in a portion and keep ur day allowance when u have it to the 1000 limit

As for me as I have a good bit to go to goal about 2-3 stone - i wud have to stay away from it

I've discovered that there's none or very little carbs in cheese (been studying nutrition labels) but high in protein & unfortunately quite high in fat. I think half fat would be ok little & often. I may have a cheesy jacket spud once a week ( within the agreed calories of course) ;-)
