Cheesy Turkey Burgers

    Cheesy Turkey Burgers - 4.5pts

    150g turkey mince
    1 tsp dried mixed herbs
    1 tsp vegetable stock powder or half vegetable stock cube crumbled
    2 Tesco Heathy Living Cheese Triangles

    Put the mince, herbs & stock powder in a bowl and mush together with your hands
    Roll the cheese triangles into balls
    Divide the mince in half
    Flatten out each lump of mince with your hands, and wrap round each of the cheese balls until the cheese is properly hidden
    Gently flatten into burger shapes
    Chill for half an hour
    Cook in a pan, with fry lite, over a medium heat until both side are brown

    I serve with home made oven chips & 0 point coleslaw*
