Cherryheart's Slimming World diary :)

My tea was lovely. I usually have a chinese as a WI treat (synned) but tonight decided to change it up a little and have something else, opted for 2 baked potatoes covered in a hea of cheese, beans and mushrooms. Was amazing!

2lbs off!! FINALLY got my 1.5 stone sticker!! :D

That is fab, well done, knew you would do it! I have weigh in tom morning but time of month arrived early so going to have to cross fingers, want at least a pound to hit my first target of half a stone. Keep up the fab work. X Beck

Dont worry about it being time of the month, just try to drink as much water as possible to avoid water retention.. sounds silly saying that but it helps! X

Afternoon, so tired today. Working late tonight as well so not looking forward to that!
Red Day today, i usually end up giving up halfway through a red day and switching to EE so hoping i get through it today :)

Having prawns and butternut squash topped with cottage cheese for lunch, weird mixture but i've been craving it all week! x

Good morning. Woken up feeling quite happy today! This morning i looked in my mirror amd for the first time ever since starting SW i thought 'i can see a difference' :D
