serves 2 ( 1.5 syns per portion)
2 chicken leg portions ( breast just as good
),skinless of course
1 onion, chopped
1 or cloves of garlic,crushed
14 green olives
1 can artichoke hearts,halved
200ml chicken stock made with a cube
mixed herbs
Place all ingredients in slow cooker, i usually do the 1st hour on high,then on low for 4 or so hours
