Chicken and sweetcorn soup (using porridge!!)

    Hey!

    Just a weird recipe for a nice thick chicken and sweetcorn soup.

    Use 28g of porridge oats (5syns or HEB) make it with 180ml of chicken oxo stock, add some sweetcorn and bung in the microwave on high for 21/2 mins and done. free on all plans. you could add real chicken if its a red day!

    oh sorry i forgot to say.

    But just think about it if you've ever made porridge with water, it tastes like nothing and has the consistency of chicken and sweetcorn soup. just try it. . .

    My porridge has never had the consistency of chicken & sweetcor soup lol!

    Its not much to waste, I suppose, to give it a whirl.

    Mmm well I do like chinese chicken and sweetcorn soup, its lovely! Also, thanks McAsk, I knew there was a syn with sweetcorn somewhere.
