I've made this a few times and oh loves it...funny thing is though there's been an advert on tv more or less the same recipe by Hellmans ....oh said yesterday who on earth would cook mayo with chicken did make me chuckle....he doesn't know what goes in mine
So know what you mean, my kids won't touch mayo, (they now won't eat coronation chicken, even though they loved it before they knew there was mayo in it....) but they love the chicken parmesan receipe....I haven't told them what's in it.
