Chicken Bhuna with cinnamon rice:

Serves 4

1.5 oz/100g FF natural yogurt
1 tsp each of turmeric, ground cumin and paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic cloves - crushed
15oz/425g skinless chicken breast fillets
Fry light
1 medium onion - finely chopped
8oz/227g frozen sliced mixed peppers
7oz/198g frozen peas
11oz/312g spring greens, trimmed and sliced
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
10oz/283g dried basmati rice
1/4 iceburg lettuce, shredded
3 large tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
A small handful of fresh coriander, chopped

OMG i made this tonight for tea, IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!!!

will definately be a firm favourite in the household :)

How do i make a simple bhuna please? im not bothered for the rice and that just the bhuna? and how many syns please x
