chicken black bean sauce...how much?

Me again. Feel like am asking loads today. I read chicken chow mein is 7.5 syns for 380g and the portion from Chinese is much bigger so does anyone know how much of a chicken and black bean sauce I can eat? Read its 5 syns but not sure for how many grams?

Thanks very much. Assuming that's the weight to go by for the majority of Chinese food. Never in a million years would I imagine weighing my Chinese. Thanks again

I wouldn't assume anything - servings can be as much as three times the weight quoted. So always weigh yours before eating it

No I meant weigh it out to 360g rather than going with the serving it comes in. My chow mein was more than double the 380g for 7.5 syns. I mean if you need the quantity for the syn assume most may be 300-380g x
