This meal is absolutely gorgeous! So thought I'd share..

1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tins cherry tomatoes
3 tbs extra light Philly (or any variation on cream cheese)
Handful of basil, chopped
4-6 chicken breasts
Fry light

Pre heat oven to 170. Fry onions and garlic in fry light until soft (but not golden). Add tomatoes, season and simmer for 15mins. Take off heat and add philly, carefully stir. Add half basil.
Meanwhile, dice chicken and fry in fry light until sealed and golden. Add to sauce and bake for 20-25 mins.

Serve with mini roast potatoes and green veg.

It's absolutely GORGEOUS and so easy!

wow what a good recipe love it? is it free

You only have to syn the Philly which is 1.5 for 28g. I dunno how many grams in 3 tbsp but it serves 4ish.. I'd say you could syn at most 1.5 per portion. And because it's so tomatoey your easily getting your 1/3 superfoods.. It's so tasty!!

i wish i liked tomatoes but i cant stand em lol ive tryed loadsa times. what about using laughing cow triangles? wud tht b ok instead of philly havent got any in at mo x
