This recipe was posted on my Slimming world group facebook page. I take no credit for this masterpiece! 
Serves 3
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 pack sausages (you can use any type you prefer)
4 cheese triangles
1 pack of smoked bacon. (6 to 8 slices)
Fry light
Steps:
1) Preheat the oven to 180 (fan assisted oven)
2) Spray a casserole dish with Fry light
3) Flatten the chicken breasts, either by pounding or butterflying them.
4) Place 2 breasts in the dish filling the bottom of the dish (layer 1)
5) Slice the sausages and crumble the sausage meat on top of the chicken (layer 2)
6) Crumble the cheese triangles onto the sausage meat (layer 3)
7) Place the 2 remaining chicken breasts in the dish (layer 4)
8) Remove all fat from the bacon and place on top of the chicken (layer 5)
9) Cover the dish with foil
10) Bake in the oven for about 1 hour
11) Remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes
Syn the cheese and sausage meat! I made mine with cheese from our HEA and used Linda McCartney rosemary and onion sausages to make it syn free!
Enjoy with a loads of salad!
