Chicken fried rice

I was experimenting yesterday for tea, and made a kind of chicken fried rice, which was proper yummy.

I fried mushrooms, onion and pepper in a wok, added 3 beaten eggs, rice, peas, quorn chicken, and a few splashes of lea and perrins.

It was done super quickly, and it was nom nom nom nom :D

There is a really good recipe for chicken fried rice in one of the SW recipe books - it uses real chicken and ham though so is only good for an EE day. This sounds like a good susbtitute. You could try adding soy sauce and a little oyster sauce rather than L&P to give it a more authentic taste!
