Chicken & Leek Pie

I made this last night! It was GORGEOUS! I think it was particularly nice because of the sweet potato topping. I can highly recommend it, I made LOADS too so I have it for my lunch today and tomorrow as well Slimming World's chicken and leek pie recipe - goodtoknow
