Hi all - just wondered if anyone could help me as I am such a complete novice in the kitchen!!!

I took the below ingredients from another thread as I thought the recipe sounded delicious!!:D

However, as I have never made a curry before I was just wondering (and I'm sorry if I sound like a total thicko here!!:eek:) but if I wanted to hot this up a little (I like really hot curries) would I be able to just add a few fresh chopped up chillies or would I add more chilli powder or more of the other spices :confused: ??

Any help much appreciated!!

You could certainly add chopped fresh chillies without doing any harm syn wise.

Good on you for giving it a go, I just love cooking and find there are so many delicisious meals to enjoy if you can be bothered to set to and do it yourself rather than buy syn packed convenience foods.

Well, it was a total success and I will definitely be making it again! I did put some fresh chillies in too but I de-seeded them first with it beng my first go I was a little bit scared of it being inedible! Will be a little more adventurous with them next time I think :D
