Hi,
Not much of a receipe but I had this tonight (just tried a few things) and thought it was really nice.
I thinnly sliced a chicken breast, sprayed it with frylight, sprinkled paprika and garlic granuales on it then placed it in the oven.
After 20 minutes or so of turning them over I placed a dollop of philly sweet chilli on top of some of them (as much as my HEA would allow) then placed them under the grill.
I must say they were yummy and very simple which suits me! lol
I would think you could alter this to a green day also and use pasta or potatoes to bulk it up a bit.
