Chicken stock

pop it in the fridge and let it cool down. the fat comes to the top and you can scrape it off. I tend to leave the juice in fridge over night so that the stock is a jelly. I have some sat in the fridge now and going to make some yummy gravy with it!!

Dont throw away its great for soups and gravy :D
