Chicken wings

Could someone tell me how many syns is in plain chicken wings with the skins on? sprayed and roasted in the oven with chillies etc... im confused as the book says 2 but something i read says the tiny ones are more but the ones you but in tesco are quite big...thanks in advance!

2 syns is for an average sized chicken wing. You'll need to think about how much bigger or smaller yours are and adjust accordingly.
