Chilli Lasagne

chilly lasange........

for the chilly sauce

400-500g lean mince
1 onion
red pepper chopped and de seeded
kidney beans drained
jar of passata or carton creamed tomatoes
red wine
tomato puree
very lazy garlic or subsitute(garlic in olive oil)
very lazy chilly or substitute (chilly in olive oil)
salt and pepper
.doritos 2 serve .............................................................
pack of wraps (cut into lasange sheets 3 per serving so 12 in total make sure they fit the dish!!!!)

half fat creme fresh
half fat guacamole
low fat cheese
salsa
rectangle deep lasange dish to serve 4 ppl

method!

spray fry light in a pan and add two tsp of very lazy garlic add mince and brown gentley

add onions and continue to brown untill softened slightly

add passata half tube tomato puree half can kidney beans red pepper and 2 tsp chilly mix really well and bring to the boil while stirring continuously...

once its boiling turn the heat down and simmer for 20mins the wine is added to thin the mixture and to give a kick!so add a little bit every 5 mins or so ! put oven on to gas mark 4

spray some fry lite on your pyrex dish and open the creme fresh and guacamole

prepare a salad and place some doritos on top!with some salsa

once the chilly is cooked spoon 1/3 of it into the dish place a dollop of creme fresh in each quarter and do the same with the guacamolethen place a sheet of wrap on each corner! just like it was lasange! push it down a little..spoon the chilly again onto the four sections remember to leave 1/3 for the next layer!!! add the creme fresh and guacamole and pop another set of wraps on top then for the finale spoon the last bit on chilly ontop then a few dollops of cremefresh and add some grated cheese!

place in middle of oven for 20mins

having already cut it into portions you should find it easy to scoop out! serve with the salad and nachos!


now i point this as 9 points as i dnt have alot of nachos with it! but make sure you allow points for extra!
