Try extra easy rather than red/green then you can still have the boiled rice (free) and the noodles (free) but so is the chicken, prawns etc! :) If it's a cook to order one, remember you can ask then to stir fry stuff in soy and water without oil. :)

I've never done EE :-( I'm old school. Perhaps I should give it a go. Thanks

I had a Chinese buffet last week on ee and was very restrained for me. I had rice, plain noodles and a chicken in black pepper with stir fried veg. I also filled up with loads of the fruit afterwards.

I've just booked a Chinese buffet for my leaving do next week and was starting to think it was a bad idea but you have given me hope!!

Chinese is quite low and a good choice on extra easy better than an indian.
