chinese serving- whole pot??

Just wondeirng, when the syn values say "per average takeaway serving" do they mean the whole container, or do they mean the serving u should dish urself out if ur not greedy arse like me?
I love a special chop suey, and figure this probably isnt too bad an option, if anyone knows the syn value for the whole container of that i would be grateful...

In the book it states per 360g or whatever the serving size is. I'm hoping for a take away tonight but I don't usually weigh it out.

You need to be really careful with this. Some people have weighed what comes from takeaway and it can be twice the weight quoted in the book or even more. So that could easily double the syns you think you've had. Definitely weigh it!

Must admit i take it as for the whole pot , tho i am willing to admitt that i'm probably in denial

haha i want to be in denial too. if u go by the syn values in the book u could have chinese every single ay and be on plan..hmmm

I read a thread recently where someone weighed their chinese takeaway and it was 900g!!!!
