Chinese Take Away meal, could someone....

Just check this out please and tell me if they think it's synned alright, it's the first take away I've had since starting SW, so I want to get it right.



Dinner - (Chinese Take Away)

Crabmeat and Sweetcorn Soup - 6½ syns
Szechuan Mixed Vegetables - (3½ syns - guesstimating)
Portion Bean Sprouts

Oops, sorry, I wasn't asking for syns - just some one to check to see if it was OK.

But, you are probably right I should have put it in the syns forum, my apolgises for that. X

As far as I can see from the book (tho it is an old one, i'm doing it from home this time).....

Crabmeat and sweetcorn soup - 6.5 on Red or Green
Beansprouts - raw or cooked without fat are free on either day

I couldn't szechuan vegetables, but....

Stir Fried mixed vegetables - 6.5 on either.
