Induction Chinese???

I guys, I'm in induction (day 5) so far do good, my house has Chinese every Friday and they are refusing to quit to help me sob sob. Looking at the menu is egg foo yung with king prawns acceptable? Cheers

Sorry not sure about the egg fu yung. I always order crispy duck - dump the pancakes and sauce (or in my case give to dh and dd) and enjoy the duck, cucumber and spring onion with lots of mayo. Yum

I usually have a foo yung or ribs...if they do any without sauce...at our local chinese the sweet and sour ribs have the sauce separate so I just eat the meat...not carb free...but not too bad either x

Chicken wings. My Chinese does a generous portion and there's no sauce. Duck, crispy and yummy. I make my own salad to go with it.

Thanks guys - I had prawn foo yung it was yummy and avoided the free rice that came with it! I always find it wierd that foo yung comes with rice or noodles
