Im on 810 and my dad has booked a table at a Chinese tonight seeing as its just me and him for fathers day this year ? What could I have ? Sounds like a nightmare to me! I really can't say no to going x

My cdc recommended chop suey. Avoid rice and noodles and just have meat. I lost 3lb the week i had Chinese i just ate prawns chicken and mushrooms
