then went the house and been filled with the sweet sweet smell of them cooking, it was time to get them out.

"mmmmmm" said my little boy "lets have one now, AND after tea yeah?"
i told him i didnt want one, but he could. but that wasnt good enough for him, he made them for me too he said, so i had a big bite!! i chewed it (heavenly!) and then spat it out when he wasnt looking!!;)

feel bad as been really good this week, so been down the chemist to get some ketosix and its knocked me out!!!
cant believe it - i'm gutted!!

will this effect my loss the week??

hun test for ketones in the morning when there more concentrated.
if youve been drinking water and the like all day they could be so dilute there not quite picking them up

no beating ur self up, is hard to explain to children why ur saying no especially if he made them with you in mind and afterall you did spit it out

You have my sympathy, it must not be easy trying to not eat chocolate cake you are making.

I am sure you will be fine, think what you would have usually have had.

I saw a wedding show with a chocolate fountain, I had many filthy thought of me being locked, alone, in a room with it. I would not bother with the marshmallows or dipping food, just let me stick my tongue into it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
