CD bars?
They are best eaten slowly. I found that if I bolt them down, Im still hungry and craving something else. And in between each bit, I sip a ton of water.

you must promise me you will chew them slowly and drink lots of water - it will fill you up and satisfy you - ok???!!!

do you drink coffee/tea at all...
can i suggest cutting them in half and have half (cut up into small pieces) and a tea/coffee when you wake up. trust me you will feel better and feel full!

Mantha, I cut mine into 4 fingers (so I think Im having a kit kat....lol)

I tried my hardest to snaffle one of the smooth chocolate bars in one go.... I failed miserably! They're SO filling.

I have had one of these for the first time today and cant get over how filling they are :)

he hee- i do that. I have one when Im ultra peckish but save at least three for a full meal replacement. I chew on them dead slow and like I said before, drink a ton of water with them....fills me up x
