    Hello all, has any one had their cholesterol tested while on tfr? if I'm living on my own fat and nothing else I'm assuming my cholesterol will go sky high right? good luck to you all...

    Good question! I thought I would have mine tested as I am sure it would have dropped. I'll let you know but cholesterol is usually caused by animal fats. I don't think it works the same way when we eat our fat stores. X
