Hi i've just read your food diary, you are doing excellently. Will keep popping in to see how you are doing. I'm originally from Ghana and agree it can be difficult to adapt some dishes mainly cos of all the palm oil lol. Keep it up hun xxx

Thanks guys! Had a lovely time, decided to have a day off plan and didn't go overboard! I got a lovely text from my consultant, which was really motivating (he must be psychic, didn't tell him about my dad's birthday). He knows I've been super-stressed and yoyo-ing like mad, so it was nice to have the mid-week encouragement.

you are doing great hun, i bought some of that coke and it's lush, i also bought the skinny cow loliies as i struggle to have enough sins so ive been having them at night just before bed.
