I have been off the wagon since yesterday afternoon, partly due to the fact that I found out I would have to work tonight, and therefore would not be able to go to class...bad, I know...:break_diet:

Goes without saying that I feel like I'm a whole stone heavier...grrrrr :sigh:

BUT....what's done is done. All I can do is shake it off because, as of tomorrow, it's back on track.

I have had a rough few days...I should've known * week was behind the madness. Now that I have my normal (as opposed to chocolate-coloured) glasses on, I'm going to face the scales tomorrow and start anew. I did weigh myself at mum's this afternoon and her scales tell me I've gained 2lbs...but I'm wary of other scales, so I'll wait until tomorrow so I can really panic. :cry:

I know I've gained and I know why, I'm just afraid of this starting a new gain-lose-gain rotation...I'm so ready to go past 3.5st now, it's getting ridiculous. It's easy when I'm losing, but when I'm not it's getting tougher to stay motivated and on track. My one year SW anniversary WI is on June 15th, a mere 3 weeks shy of 52 weeks on (ish) the plan...

...This weight loss malarkey is tough!
 
It really is tough, and all in all, despite a couple of not perfect weeks, you're doing it :)

Star week oot the way (damn mother nature :() and right back on track, you can certainly show those scales who is boss by your anniversary :D

Thanks Auburn! As luck would have it I only gained 2lbs!!! Mum's scales were right! I'm chuffed because it is nowhere as bad as I thought it would be. :D

I'm so glad, I had nightmares of gaining a whole stone! :eek:

Back on track for this week, I've done my shopping, I even picked up a couple bags of Quorn sausages since they're only £1.00 a pack in Tesco right now. I wonder if I can get my 4st award by my anniversary....something to aim for I guess.
 
A whole stone in one week? That would be an achievement of sorts :p

Glad it was only 2lbs! Enjoy your sausages! I am partial to a Quorn sausage butty myself!

The butterscotch ones are a bit sickly sweet tasting to me...it's a shame, because I liked the idea of having 2 hi-fi bars as one HEXb. I think I'll stick with my lemon/choc and orange in future.
