Hiya. I did the low carb diet for around a month - 6 weeks and lost 10% of my body weight. Can't say I felt great on it but it did what I needed it too. I was eating grilled chicken and salad with seeds etc almost everyday. For lunch I had soup and I did allow cereal too. It was horrible but worked. WW is feeling great now too. If it slows I would consider the low carb option again but I would need to widen my food options. There is a good forum here for low carb diets with recipes etc.
My problem is I LOVE my carbs!
What diet are you doing now?
